Sugar cane is fermented and distilled in pot Savalle stills. The rums at the base of the “Special Reserve” are aged for ten years in new French and American oak barrels and older barrels in which bourbon and whiskey have been stored. The woods and the character of rums, which are selected from different vintages, give life to balanced and rich aromas and flavors, where both sugarcane and the oak can be perceived: a soft and warm intensity. The maître of the distillery recommends to drink it pure, served in a snifter or in the classic version with the syrup of sugar cane.
