The Passito "San Germano" of the Tenuta di Ghizzano is a pleasant and surprising wine. The plants that lead to the production of Passito "San Germano" are trained cordon pruned short and with an almost manic attention in the cellar. The intent is precisely to ensure an excellent quality of the product, as well as a continuity of style. An intent that it fully confirms, from year to year.
