The vineyards of Veltliner grapes grow to a height of about six hundred, seven hundred meters above sea level, on a slope of glacial origin with a tempered climate by a magnificent South exposition. Here is where the wisdom of the monks creates wines able to enclose the most precious aromas of a terroir as rich as old. After six months of permanence in stainless steel which gives it a marvelous freshness, Veltliner of Abbazia di Novacella is ready as an impressing wine with a superb immediacy and the ability to communicate his real soul. Full-bodied and very elegant, thanks to the skilful workmanship in vineyard and in cella, its pleasant hints of green apple meet an elegant mineral vein that makes every tasted drop very dynamic.
